| Q.How often will I get paid? A.How often you will get paid depends on the company you work for. Most companies either pay every two weeks or once a month. Q.Is the salary tax free? A.If you stay out of the country for 330 days or more you will be exempt from paying taxes on any amount up to $85,700. Anything over that will be taxed. Q.Are we provided transportation? A.Most companies provide transportation for there employees to and from work. This information can be found in your contract or by asking the company recruiter. Q.Are we provided housing? A.Most companies provide housing or provide you an allowance to get housing. This can be answered by your company recruiter or by viewing your contract. Q.Are we provided meals? A.Some companies provide meals for there employees 3-4 times a day. But a majority of the companies give you per diem to eat with. Q.What is per diem? A.Per diem is a monthly allowance given to an employee to cover everyday expenses like food and housing? Q.What is an average Per diem? A.This depends on the company you work for. You can be paid as little as $20 per day to $110 per day. This allowance is Tax free. Q.Can I bring my family? A.While I have seen some contracts that allowed you to bring your family, I have also seen others that didn't allow you. This is completely up to the company. Ask your company recruiter on this policy. Q.Is it true that if I refer three friends that join this site I can be refunded my membership? A.Yes.This is indeed true.
